It is built to learn, build, repair, document, and improve through controlled packages and local-first tools. It is not trying to become a commercial cloud platform.
Scope
Website, package records, documentation, trust material, download/verification pages, and future repository metadata.
Boundary
The platform supports the OS. It does not become a remote control layer or mandatory account system.
Operating principle
Build. Verify. Upgrade. Learn.
That is enough for the platform to be useful without becoming overbuilt.
